(3) The speed of the bottom shell and upper cover feeding vibration disc can be adjusted, the flat feeding conveyor belt has an automatic stop function when full, and the belt has a feeding in place detection function;(4) The dispensing amount of the dispensing mechanism can be adjusted, and the dispensing head can be customized to change the number of squints. The storage bucket is equipped with a material inspection switch to ensure that dispensing is done when there is material available, ensuring no leakage points;
(5) The feeding and unloading of bare cores adopts a guided falling type to ensure smooth insertion of bare cores into the shell;
(6) The human-machine interface can switch between Chinese and English languages;
(7) The glue storage tank has no glue automatic alarm function;
