Motor stator core production equipment
Motor stator core is the core component of electric motors, and its production equipment determines product precision, efficiency and motor performance.
The mainstream production lineup mainly includes high-speed stamping presses, progressive dies, automatic stacking machines, laser welding stations and intelligent testing equipment. Silicon steel strips are fed into servo-driven stamping presses, which punch standard laminations at high speed with micron-level tolerance. Progressive dies complete multi-process forming in one pass to ensure lamination consistency.
After stamping, automatic stacking equipment assembles laminations tightly, followed by laser welding to fix the stack without thermal deformation. Supporting insulation inserting and performance testing machines realize full-process automated production.
Modern stator core production equipment features high precision, intelligent control and low energy consumption. It effectively reduces eddy current loss, improves motor efficiency, and is widely applied in new energy vehicles, industrial drives and household appliances.
