Production equipment for disc motor core
Disc motor core production equipment is specialized intelligent manufacturing gear tailored for axial-flux motor cores, which underpins the high-efficiency and high-precision production of new energy vehicle drive motors. Different from traditional laminated core production lines, this integrated equipment perfectly adapts the winding process of Tesla’s spiral-wound disc cores and gives full play to the excellent performance of high-grade thin silicon steel materials.
The production line integrates automatic feeding, high-speed precision slot punching, continuous winding, lamination forming and online detection into one closed-loop system. It processes ultra-thin silicon steel strips with high dimensional accuracy, maintaining a machining tolerance within ±0.01 mm. Unlike conventional stamping processes that produce massive waste materials, the continuous winding structure greatly improves silicon steel utilization rate, cutting production costs significantly.
Equipped with independent insulation embedding and stable lamination modules, the equipment ensures tight fitting of core layers without gaps or dislocations. It effectively reduces high-frequency iron loss and enhances the core’s vibration resistance and thermal stability, fully matching the high-speed and high-load working conditions of automotive disc motors. With full automatic operation, it minimizes manual intervention, guarantees consistent product quality, and meets the large-scale mass production demands of new energy electric motors.
