Axial flux motor stator core punching and winding integrated machine
This all-in-one equipment is tailored for mass production of disc-shaped axial flux motor stators, merging silicon steel punching and automatic winding into one continuous workflow.
Traditional separate stamping and winding lines involve repeated workpiece transfer, causing low precision, long tact time and high labor costs. The integrated machine solves these pain points via full servo synchronous control. It first punches accurate stator slots with high-rigidity dies, then directly executes wire winding without unloading cores, eliminating positioning errors between two processes.
It features low-vibration bottom punching structure and angle compensation winding system, stabilizing slot dimensional consistency regardless of silicon steel thickness deviation. Higher silicon steel utilization cuts raw material expenses, while streamlined production reduces workshop space and manual input, greatly lowering overall manufacturing costs.
Widely applied to new energy vehicle axial flux motors, drones and industrial drives, the machine balances high output, stable product quality and cost control, becoming core production equipment for next-generation high-power-density motors.
