Axial flux motor stator core punching and winding integrated machine
The axial flux motor (disk motor) stands out for its compact structure, high power density and lightweight design, widely applied in electric vehicles, renewable energy generators and industrial automation. Its stator core manufacturing differs fundamentally from traditional radial flux motors, requiring specialized punching and winding integrated machines for production.
This integrated machine integrates high-precision punching and synchronous winding functions, adopting a PLC-based servo synchronization control system. It precisely stamps slot shapes on silicon steel strips via dedicated dies, then winds the strips into annular stator cores synchronously. This one-step process replaces the traditional stamping-then-stacking method, ensuring consistent slot alignment from inner to outer diameter and high lamination precision.
Equipped with a low-vibration pressing unit and intelligent winding compensation mechanism, the machine guarantees uniform slot spacing and stable operation. It supports continuous production of stator cores with 30–140 slots, featuring high efficiency, material savings and easy maintenance. As a core device for axial flux motor manufacturing, it effectively boosts production capacity and product quality, promoting the large-scale application of high-performance axial flux motors.
