1、 Ultra thin silicon steel sheet adaptation technology
Material thickness innovation
Using extremely thin silicon steel sheets of 0.20mm and below (such as Baosteel B10AHV900M), iron loss can be reduced by 30% -40% by dividing the eddy current path, while also addressing the issue of brittle cracking during stamping.
Differentiated rotor and stator design
In response to the demand for low iron loss (P1.0/400 ≤ 12.5W/kg) in the stator and high strength (yield strength exceeding 480MPa) in the rotor, a separate material solution has been developed, such as the Shougang 25SWYS480 series.
2、 Process innovation
Self bonding technology replaces traditional welding
Glue insulation process: Spray epoxy resin adhesive for curing, increase the stacking coefficient to 98%, and reduce iron loss by 0.3-0.4% compared to welding.
Z coating pre coating technology: Pre coated self-adhesive laminated silicon steel sheets developed by Baosteel and others, self curing within 1 minute after lamination, reducing iron loss by 5% and eliminating interference from riveting magnetic circuits.
Advantages of winding structure
Compared to laminated iron cores, the winding process has no seams, zero scrap rate, reduced no-load loss by 7% -10%, and reduced noise by 5-10dB, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized transformers and high-efficiency motors.
3、 Intelligent production system
High precision control
Integrated laser positioning and tension closed-loop control ensure that the coaxiality of silicon steel strip winding is ≤ 0.05mm, such as the stillbirth stacking process used by Gaotuo Precision.
AI Empowerment
By introducing machine vision for real-time detection of stack misalignment and combining it with MES system to optimize production parameters, Baowu AI Computing Center has achieved a 5% improvement in the accuracy of hot rolling production line prediction.
Industry Cases
The 500000 ton silicon steel project of Puyang Iron and Steel has achieved fully automated production through domestically produced equipment.
