Mainly used for winding wearable and digital square batteries
● Realize the feeding, automatic winding, automatic termination of adhesive tape, and automatic unloading of polarizer and diaphragm rolls;
● Adopting a three station operation: one for threading and winding; Cut off the diaphragm, wrap it up, and apply adhesive tape; Three needles for cutting;
Before the polarizer enters the winding process, it has a function to detect whether there is deviation and actively correct it;
● Equipped with variable speed and variable tension control functions;
● It has the function of detecting incoming materials that have been marked as defective for positive and negative electrodes, and can individually roll and automatically remove defective electrodes;
It has functions of powder brushing and dust removal, and a vacuum suction device is added at the cutting edge of the cutting pole.
