Axial flux motor stator core punching and winding integrated machine
The axial flux motor stator core punching and winding integrated machine is advanced intelligent equipment specially developed for mass production of axial flux motors. It integrates silicon steel strip feeding, slot punching, core roll forming and coil winding into one workstation, replacing the traditional separated stamping, stacking and winding processes.
Powered by high-precision servo synchronous control and dedicated moulds, the machine punches slots continuously on thin silicon steel strips and winds the strips into disc-shaped stator cores in real time. It maintains tight tooth alignment and stable lamination tolerance, effectively reducing magnetic loss and improving motor performance. Compared with discrete production lines, it cuts workpiece transfer errors, shortens production cycles and raises consistency of finished stators.
This equipment caters to the booming demand for high power-density motors used in new energy vehicles, eVTOL and industrial drives. It supports flexible parameter adjustment for different slot numbers and core sizes. By lowering labour cost and material waste, it helps manufacturers achieve stable, automated mass production of axial flux stators and accelerates the industrialization of axial flux motor technology.
