Production equipment for disc motor core
Disc motor core, also known as axial flux motor core, features a flat and laminated structure, which puts forward higher requirements on precision, stability and consistency of production equipment. Professional production equipment is the key to ensuring the dimensional accuracy, electromagnetic performance and mechanical stability of disc motor cores.
The core production equipment mainly includes high-precision stamping machines, automatic laminating machines, laser welding equipment and precision testing instruments. High-speed precision stamping equipment is adopted to cut high-grade silicon steel sheets into standardized disc-shaped core sheets, effectively avoiding burrs and deformation that may cause vibration and electromagnetic loss. Different from traditional radial motor core production, the equipment is optimized for flat and ultra-thin lamination characteristics to guarantee uniform sheet thickness.
Automatic laminating and pressing equipment controls the core lamination coefficient accurately to prevent loose lamination and local vibration. Laser welding equipment replaces traditional riveting processes, improving the overall rigidity and structural integrity of the disc core. In addition, online detection equipment monitors flatness, gap tolerance and stacking precision in real time. The integrated production system greatly reduces core machining errors, suppresses operational vibration and noise, and improves the overall reliability and service life of disc motors.
