Axial flux stator and rotor core

Axial flux stator and rotor cores are core components of disc-type axial flux motors, differing greatly from traditional radial flux motor cores in structure and performance.

Made of high-quality laminated silicon steel sheets, they are precisely stamped and stacked to effectively reduce eddy current loss and improve magnetic conduction efficiency. Featuring flat disc-shaped design, the magnetic flux flows parallel to the motor rotation axis, forming a shorter and smoother magnetic circuit.

The stator core is equipped with slots for embedding windings to generate stable alternating magnetic fields. The matched rotor core cooperates with permanent magnets to convert magnetic energy into driving torque.

With compact size, light weight and high torque density advantages, these cores greatly shorten motor axial length. They are widely applied in new energy vehicles, industrial drives, household appliances and other fields, becoming key parts for high-efficiency and lightweight motor manufacturing.
