Production equipment for stator core of axial flux motor
The production equipment for axial flux motor stator cores is developing toward high precision, automation, integration and low loss manufacturing.
Different from traditional radial flux motors, axial flux stator cores feature disc-shaped, segmented and yokeless structures, putting forward higher requirements for processing equipment. Core mainstream equipment includes high-precision stamping machines, laser cutting equipment, SMC composite material molding presses, and core laminating & bonding machines.
Advanced production lines adopt full-process automated configuration, covering blanking, forming, insulation coating, stacking and integrated assembly. Intelligent detection equipment is widely used to control dimensional tolerance, magnetic performance and assembly consistency.
Future development focuses on intelligent digital production lines, 3D printing forming equipment for special magnetic materials, and flexible manufacturing systems.
