Motor stator core production equipment
The motor stator core is the core component of electric motors, responsible for generating a stable magnetic field, and its manufacturing quality directly determines the efficiency, noise level and service life of the motor. Motor stator core production equipment integrates precision machinery, automation technology and material science, forming a complete production line to realize the efficient and standardized manufacturing of stator cores.
The core equipment of the production line mainly includes high-speed precision stamping machines, automatic lamination presses and auxiliary testing equipment. High-speed precision stamping machines are the starting point of production, using servo-driven systems and progressive dies to punch silicon steel sheets into specified shapes at a speed of 800-1200 times per minute, with a feeding accuracy of ±0.03mm to ensure the uniformity of each stamping part and minimize edge burrs. These machines are equipped with real-time monitoring systems to detect abnormalities in the stamping process and stop automatically to avoid defective products.
Automatic lamination presses are crucial for forming the stator core. They stack the stamped silicon steel sheets accurately through positioning pins, apply constant pressure to ensure a lamination factor of no less than 0.95, and fix them by hydraulic riveting or laser welding to reduce magnetic resistance. Advanced equipment adopts dual-robot collaborative operation, which can complete the picking and stacking of silicon steel sheets efficiently and avoid manual operation errors.
Modern production equipment also integrates intelligent technologies such as machine vision and numerical control systems. Machine vision detects the shape and position of silicon steel sheets and winding slots in real time, while numerical control systems realize precise control of each process, improving production efficiency and product consistency. In addition, auxiliary equipment such as vacuum impregnation machines is used to enhance the insulation performance of the stator core.
With the development of new energy vehicles and industrial electrification, the demand for high-performance stator cores is increasing. The upgrading of production equipment, such as the application of flat wire processing technology, further promotes the miniaturization and high-efficiency of motor stator cores, providing strong support for the development of the electric motor industry.
