Revolutionary application of amorphous winding machine in energy-saving transformer field


As the core manufacturing equipment of amorphous alloy transformers, the amorphous winding machine has achieved a revolutionary change in the structure of the iron core through the three-dimensional winding iron core forming technology, transforming it from a traditional flat rectangle to a compact three-dimensional structure, significantly reducing material usage and optimizing performance.

Innovative iron core design and manufacturing: Adopting multi angle longitudinal rolling shear technology and three-dimensional winding iron core forming technology, the approximate circular structure of the iron core cross-section has been achieved, significantly improving the ability to resist sudden short circuits and production efficiency (about 20% higher than traditional processes), while reducing noise and electromagnetic radiation.
Excellent energy-saving effect: The no-load loss is reduced by more than 60% compared to traditional silicon steel transformers (measured unit value ≤ 0.2W/kg), the excitation power is reduced to below 0.6VA/kg, and the annual energy saving of a single equipment can reach 10000 kWh, shortening the investment payback period to about 4 years.
Expansion of High Voltage Levels: For the first time, an amorphous alloy three-dimensional coiled iron core oil immersed transformer has been applied in the 110kV scenario. Combined with suspension structure design, it solves the stability problem of iron cores weighing more than 10 tons, reduces load losses by more than 5%, and reduces carbon emissions by 72 tons per unit per year, promoting the green transformation of the power grid.
Diversified application areas extension: covering new energy (photovoltaic, wind power), rail transit, data centers and other fields, we have developed super first level energy-saving series, rectifier dry-type transformers and other new products (with a capacity of 5060kVA) to meet the high-efficiency energy efficiency requirements of fluctuating load scenarios (energy efficiency still exceeds 90% at a load rate of 30%).
Integration of Intelligence and Environmental Protection: By integrating distributed temperature measurement and thermal treatment technology with double-sided epoxy coating technology, precise temperature control and material protection are achieved. Combined with policy drivers such as fiscal subsidies and electricity price leverage, the industrial chain is accelerated to upgrade to a low loss, maintenance free mode.
